- TMTyler MelloMay 11, 20261.0Every time I order delivery for this place they mess it up. One time they completely forgot one of my entrées, another time I ordered a soup in a bread bowl and they forgot the bread bowl, and this last time I ordered bacon Mac and cheese and a half sandwich and they forgot the bacon and my sandwich barely had anything in it. If you go to complain the managers obviously could care less and will only give you credit to use the next time you order and they only give you around a month to use it. I don't want to order from you again because you've proven to me you're too incompetent to get an order correct. If this happened once I'd understand but I now literally tell people to never order delivery from here because it is almost guaranteed to come to you incorrectly. It also took over an hour for them to deliver my food.

I accidentally placed a Panera app order at the wrong location because the app gives absolutely no warning that you’re ordering from a store nowhere near you. I realized the mistake immediately — before the food was even made — and tried calling the store multiple times to cancel it. Nobody answered the phone. Ever. I then went into my local Panera for help and was basically told “too bad.” The manager, Susan, was one of the most unhelpful people I’ve dealt with in customer service. No effort to assist, no empathy, no attempt to resolve a very fixable issue. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend this location.
