- SBSami Boi1 day ago3.0Food isn’t bad. The cold sandwiches crust are extremely difficult to chew. Almost inedible. But in general, the hot sandwiches and soups and Mac’s are really good. Good service as well. $14 for half a sandwich and a small cup of soup with a side of chips. And NO drink…. I’d rather have a drink than a side of chips. Shouldn’t be more than $10-$12. Overpriced.

The employee immediately said no, claiming it’s against their policy. I told her I had the exact same sandwich made on white bread at another Panera just yesterday, and instead of trying to help, she went to the manager—who also refused without any effort to accommodate. It’s not just about the bread, it’s the complete lack of willingness to help with a very simple request. When another location can do it without issue, this just feels like poor service and zero flexibility. Ridiculous.
