  Sheba was FANTASTIC! My husband just moved here from New Zealand and it was his first Panera experience. Sheba brought out samples of each soup for him to try and he loved it. Great experience!

  I stopped by this Panera Bread about 15 minutes before closing, and I was honestly blown away by how amazing the service was, even so close to the end of the night. I had a small issue with my order, but Kevin was more than happy to help me out and get me squared away right away. He really made my night! ​I love coming to this location because the service is consistently excellent, and the food is always delicious. I also really appreciate their commitment to clean ingredients—it's great knowing they don't pack their food with all the 'bad stuff.' A big shout-out to Kevin for being such a rockstar!

  I had the honor of having Mrs.Shiba taking my order. To say that she was extremely kind is an understatement. I usually don't say this, but she was probably one of the nicest people I have met. She was also kind enough to pay for my side of bread I wanted because she happened to have a gift card on her, which I found extremely nice and made my day. Now onto the food. I don't understand why Panera gets a lot of hate. The food at this location is always good and I have never had really any complaints about it! I would, and have been, coming back every so often when I am in the mood and would recommend it do anyone who is debating going! And Shoutout Mrs. Shiba, genuinely one of the nicest people I have met. She deserves a raise asap!
