The food was good, but for the price point I expected a lot more. The service was unfortunately pretty terrible, and the overall vibes were just kind of eh. It’s hard to compete with the energy and atmosphere of downtown spots, and unfortunately Palma falls short there. Glad I tried it once, but I most likely wouldn’t go back.

We sat at the bar and were ignored for most of the time. As we waved down the bartender for another drink order, we got an odd "what's up?" The wait time for a table was 45min on a Friday at 630pm. Plenty of open tables that we weren't offered. The bar was fine, just the servers weren't a fan of us.

first time here sat outside at the bar at 1:30 5/9. after a few minutes the bartender set down a menu, didn't say hi, give me a water, or wipe down the dirty bartop. sat for 10 minutes, and he never came back to give me water or even take a drink order. four people behind the bar but only one helping guests. thanks for nothing.

While I’m certain their drinks, food, or dining service are as nice as the outside experience, I faced issues with the security on shift. I fully understand the need to verify the reality of an ID, on the other hand, I believe no one’s personal belongings, should be taken into the night, without confirmation of the personnel handling their government issued identification, and without an estimated time of return. There are many ways to be proactive while defending the integrity of your establishment, including asking for secondary forms of identification, walking someone to the police alongside their property, or many more viable options. Where I found myself frustrated was with their staffs blatant exasperation with my explanation of being uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. While opinions do not need to align, their staff remained rooted in their rudeness.

The restaurant is okay , not many options in the menu especially if you’re allergic to shellfish , I couldn’t eat fries because they use the same oil as their shellfish … food taste 6/10…atmosphere was going good until im about to leave …. I had gone out the night before so as we asked for the check I emptied some trash from my purse from the night before which included an empty small liquor bottle so I put it on the table with the rest of the trash … waitress saw it didn’t say anything & waited till I tipped her and all that lol but as we were wrapping everything up to leave a security came saying you have a bottle and we pointed it at it and said this empty one? And he’s like yeah you can’t bring that in here so we will have to take it away and i was like oh im sorry I didn’t mean to bring it here i was just emptying my bag , you can def take it , and he’s like cool and took it and walked away . ( should’ve checked my bag at the door like he did with other people but for whatever reason he didn’t and I totally forgot I even had that there ) But anyway that’s not what made it weird I completely get it , what was weird was that he came back 2 mins later to make a scene as if we wasn’t just leaving already (& no he did not ask us to leave when he took the bottle ) why not do that initially??? - he was cool and understanding at first and then boom acted like a whole diff person …it seems as if he got in trouble with his employer or who ever for not making us leave when he took the empty bottle initially . I’m not mad about rules( we didn’t even mean to break them) but we was no threat to anybody , def did not deserved for them to make it a scene as if we some dangerous people lol ..we was already on the way out so it seemed very unnecessary to me and also unprofessional .
