Absolutely TERRIBLE service from start to finish. We had a large party, and somehow the entire experience was a complete mess. I called 10+ times over two days just trying to make a reservation, and nobody answered. I eventually had to email, and they finally made the reservation that way. Once we arrived, our server, Allison, came to our table maybe three times the entire visit. It took about 15 minutes just to get our food and drink orders taken. Multiple drinks and food items were missing, and we constantly had to track someone down for things we had already requested. I personally went to the host stand three separate times just trying to get someone’s attention. The host was no better. I asked if we could exchange one of our a table behind our section because our table was sitting in the sun. She said she would ask her manager and come back—but she never did. About five minutes later, that exact table was given to someone else. When I asked what happened, her response was essentially, “Oh, I got busy.” Our entire visit, we could barely find our server. At the end, I had to go back to the host stand and ask them to have Allison bring our check and cancel items we had ordered but never received. That alone took another 15/20 mins just to get things canceled. She never came with checks or told us how to pay through the QR code. Thankfully, another employee showed us we could scan a QR code to access our bill, so we ended up doing everything ourselves and splitting the checks that way. I am a server myself, so I completely understand the restaurant industry. I understand that large parties can be difficult, that mistakes happen, and that things can get busy. But this level of service would be unacceptable anywhere I have worked. The lack of communication, attentiveness, organization, and basic customer service was honestly shocking. The staff was rude, disorganized, inattentive, and completely unapologetic. The food could have been amazing, but terrible service completely ruined the experience. After this visit, we will NOT be coming back.

great restaurant in a really cool part of phoenix! they had some delicious sweet n/a drinks, and our server was super nice and helpful with recommendations since the menu was so expansive. we started with the popcorn chicken and edamame, and the chicken was especially delicious. i got the midori maki for my main, and it was surprisingly good even though i’m not a huge sushi fan! the ube sundae was sold out, so i tried the honey butter crunch pain perdu instead, and it was amazing—especially the honey butter corn flakes. definitely worth trying when you’re in phoenix!

This place is absolutely adorable. Gorgeous. I've been here before but was on business so didn't take it all in. We came to celebrate my besties birthday and we had a blast. They loved their food and the service was amazing. We had Cheyenne as our server and she was a pro. My only personal mistake was that I didnt request light dressing on my salad - not her fault. She knew the menu, she was honest, and she was attentive. Overall, great experience.

Palma continues to be one of my favorite brunch spots in Downtown Phoenix! We made our reservation through OpenTable, which was quick and easy, and everything ran right on schedule. We found convenient street parking and were warmly welcomed by the hostess. Since it was an Arizona summer afternoon, we opted to sit inside, and they seated us in a comfortable booth that was perfect for brunch. A big thank you to our server, Mr. Reager, who was friendly, attentive, and gave us fantastic recommendations throughout the meal. We started with the Popcorn Chicken, and it was easily one of the highlights—crispy, flavorful, and served with the perfect sauces. We also shared the Spicy Chicken Burger/Sandwich, Shrimp Tacos, Thai Curry Fries, Truffle Fries, and a few cocktails, and every dish was fresh, creative, and packed with flavor. We finished with the Cornflake Ice Cream French Toast, which was absolutely incredible and the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Beyond the food, Palma has such a fun atmosphere. I love the stylish interiors, the outdoor patio for cooler days, the fun photo booth, and even the attention to detail in the restrooms. The entire restaurant has a vibrant, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay awhile. I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. Great food, creative cocktails, wonderful service, and an atmosphere that’s perfect for brunch with friends or family. Palma never disappoints, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for one of the best brunch experiences in Phoenix! 👏🏼😊
