  I am so happy they are back at this location! This is a family owned spot that is worth supporting! You can really tell the amount of care and effort they put into everything they do. The workers are always so kind and welcoming making the experience even better. The quesabirria tacos are my absolute favorite! I also love that they started doing breakfast. The pancakes are so good. So glad to have them back closer to home !

  Queso Birria Tacos were absolutely delicious! On top of that, the beans and rice were the best I've had in a long time and that says a lot! I'll definitely be coming back. Quick and easy stop off the 143 freeway.

  Carne Asada tacos and the beans were ok but the rice not so much. Not to mention, I think I got the bottom because I got a bit of burnt rice. The table wasn't wiped very well when we sat down and it's tight sitting.

  The carne asada tacos are amazing! They definitely taste like authentic street tacos. We had them the red salsa which was really good too. Also the horchata?? The BEST I've ever had I'm not even joking. Me and my husband have been looking for a new tacos spot and I think this is it. We will be back!

  For being in a little building, the food at Paco's Tacos and Sips delivers a giant punch. The tacos were great, with the carne asada meat being extremely flavorful. The beans were delicious and plentiful. Not to mention how spicy and savory the salsas were. 10/10 would recommend to stop by and try it out
