  Still the worst McD's in Phoenix. Your order will be wrong and you will wait. They cant even fulfill a quater pounder with cheese meal without asking you to pull the side. Horribly run.

  there's this guy at night who's always so so so sweet, genuinely EVERYONE else is horrible. i placed a mobile order tonight and went to pick up, noticed both drive thrus were closed off. no big deal, i parked and called the store to which i was met with "we're closed" before a hello or anything. i replied i had a mobile order and was cut off with "we're not doing mobile orders" ...okay? so how do i get my money back because it's been placed already.. i asked "okay, can i have my order canceled please?" she replied "you have to do it through the app" no. my card was already charged so it had to be done through the restaurant, the next lady gets on the phone and tells me there's no possible way i could've placed an order since they disabled mobile orders. i replied "i have my order number and my card was charged, i just need it to be canceled so i can order somewhere else" she says "yeah i can't do anything about that. our system is down and there's no way you could've placed an order" ...now im upset. i replied "okay so i DID place an order and it DID charge my card. it's telling me i need to contact you guys to cancel the order since it's already been processed" and she again just said she couldn't do anything about it right now and they wouldn't open for another 4 hours to even be able to look at it. so i was just stuck with that. couldn't order anywhere else since i had an order in progress. i asked "if it isn't canceled or refunded then, could i call back?" and she got upset from there replying "i have worked for mcdonald's 15 years i know what im talking about." so you must be grown right? def wasn't a grown answer lol. don't even bother contacting the store manager. they'll just send you a link to contact support which also sucks and leads nowhere. this entire location needs to either be shut down or just needs a WHOLE new crew. except for the super sweet guy at night lol he needs a raise i can't even imagine how he gets through work with these terrible people. to the store manager- DO BETTERRRRR you an your employees are HORRIBLE.

  always forget the sauce. they don’t have pennie’s anymore so they round down ur change and you end up paying more. the girl who works second window is always so rude. and they always mess up the order.
