If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars, I would. The service today was beyond frustrating from start to finish.
Whoever was working the drive-thru clearly needed more training. I ordered the new Caesar McCrispy sandwich, but the order showing on the screen was incorrect. After trying to correct it at the speaker, I eventually had to pull around to the window just to finish placing my order. The response was basically, “Maybe the speaker isn’t working.”
Then we get our food and, thankfully, check the bag before leaving. We were supposed to have two drinks and were only given one, so I had to ask where our iced tea was.
I also asked for Big Mac sauce on the side and was told, “We don’t sell that anymore.” I’ve ordered Big Mac sauce on the side at other McDonald’s locations and am perfectly happy to pay for it, even if it has to be put into a nugget sauce container. Telling me it simply isn’t sold anymore made no sense.
The worst part? I get all the way home, open the Caesar McCrispy sandwich I specifically ordered, and find a piece of chicken with two pickles on a bun. That’s it. Not even remotely what I ordered.
I called and spoke with management because at that point it wasn’t one small mistake—the order-taking was wrong, the drinks were wrong, the sandwich was wrong, and the entire experience was unnecessarily difficult. I explained that whoever was working the register/drive-thru today probably needs additional training. Unfortunately, management didn’t seem particularly concerned either.
This location is the closest to my home, which is why I come here, but there are plenty of other McDonald’s in the area. I’ll happily drive a little farther to the Pinnacle Peak or Deer Valley locations from now on. When nearly every part of a simple drive-thru order goes wrong and management doesn’t seem to care, I’d rather take my business somewhere else.

This restaurant does not maintain their equipment. You can almost count on that at least once per week, something is down. This week Thursday they could only take cash-you could not even use their app.
Friday their carbonation was down. This has been an on going theme here. If you want a reliable McDonald’s for a Diet Coke in the morning, I would head to a different McDonald’s. Also, they never have a sign out front so the way you find out is going through the drive-through and then waiting for all the other cars to go through. So don’t take your chances of being late to whatever thing you are going to. This restaurant is poorly run. However, the poor staff that has to share this information, always serves with a smile. Staff good, obviously management is not. The restaurant I would recommend is the 39th Ave. and Pinnacle Peak store. Service with a smile as well as this location, however, their equipment is working they are quick, and I can always use my app.
Bad service, bad staff, very bad manager, the same manager treated me badly, I was angry without even telling her anything, they gave me the food in a bad way

Overpriced than any other McDonald and the worst quality I’ve ever experienced. Can drive a mile west or a mile south and save money and get way better quality at either of the close by McDonald’s!!

Might it be the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. It’s less than a year old and they still have not figured out how to run this location.
Untrained staff, constant mistakes and never understand how it takes so long with no customers. Need to figure it out.
