  Whatever shift this was on 05/18/2026 at 1:00- 1:40 pm is probably one of the worst shifts ever. We got parked for a medium fry and a small fry order that included a mcchixen and sweet tea (tea was in fact unsweet) waited in the lot and then eventually walked inside to inquire about the long wait. Sat at the counter and basically just got looked at thr whole time. Nobody once came to the counter, everyone looked unhappy and it was just unfortunate. This location needs a new manager.

  Kudos to the manager, called about the wait time tonight and the manager was very professional and honest about being short staffed. She deserves a raise, even though the wait time was long she handled that call every well, without matching my frustration or energy.

  The little girl with metal in her face gives me the wrong beverage every time. It's happened more than once so I know it's on purpose.

  Average McDonald's. Uually something missing from to-go orders, but the staff has been nice.

  This store is CONSTANTLY the SLOWEST, and WORST McDonalds location, possibly in all of Phoenix. I sat in line for a MOBILE order at 1 AM for 36 minutes (yes over a half an hour) when there was only 4 cars in front of me at the time I got to the speaker. I have never in my entire life had to wait so long for two cheese burgers at ANY restaurant. Unfortunately this is not the first, Second or third time I’ve had such an awful experience ordering from the store. The wait times are absolutely atrocious every time I have had to come here. I don’t know what it is about this place, but whatever the management is doing has to be studied because it just can’t be possible to have such a horrible location for so long and it not be fixed.
