  4 days and counting out of large coffee cups. Why can't they borrow some from another store. How mickey mouse is that billion dollar company , mcdonalds every mile can't get stock.

  Something needs to be done about who they choose to represent this store/company. It is extremely unacceptable to have someone titled as a “manager” when their demeanor is irritant and aggressive towards their customers and employees. I walked in yesterday to come across “Iseral” who claimed to be the manager in charge it was around 630 pm slightly busy there was also another worker in front a younger man who seemed like he was walking on eggshells around the manager Iseral who seemed extremely overwhelmed and came off to everyone as extremely unpleasant and unsettling. No one seemed happy to be there no one was greeted properly and my encounter with Iseral was by far the most extreme disrespect I have ever witnessed from an associate. I walked in seen the crew looked somewhat in a panic mode so I just observed the scene a bit until someone was available. Iseral looked out a small crowd gathered by the front counter and said “who’s next” I raised my phone up, to imply that I came for a pick up order which was one happy meal (I’m assuming for a child). Israel was standing over by a line of tickets in which I clearly seen the number that matched my screen was the next one in line I tried to inform that the next ticket in line was the one that matched my screen but with his frustrated attitude he bypassed taking the time to calmly see and understand what I was communicating to him and basically ignored my communication and just kept shouting “the name” (referring to the delivery) I was completely offended at that point and felt that if he was having personal issues than maybe he should not be the one to represent the store that evening. I then stated the last couple of numbers from the order as well as the name in which he responded “we’re still working on it” and I then shouted back “ I know I tried to tell you I seen the ticket and seen it’s not ready” (so that he could help others). It seemed that had infuriated him but he tried to stay somewhat calm while helping the crowd. I watched and observe how he attended each person/party. No one had a smile on their face. Everyone could see he had a terrible attitude and almost looked as if they were doing something wrong or bothering him even more just by being the customer and asking him to do things that are apart of his job. I believe if you are holding the title as manager then you should definitely be approachable in which he was the opposite. The other young man working with him was not rude at all. I did see Iseral treating him poorly while the young man was clearly doing everything he could to make sure Iseral didn’t get more irritated than he already was. I just kept thinking to myself how terrible the scenario was as I observed it all. I definitely felt something needed to be done there to help that store function more appropriately. I seen the younger man working on my order and then Iseral got 2 large fries put them in a bag and told the young man to take the bag and hand it out ( the bag was for another delivery driver) the young man did as he was told and Iseral proceeded to work on my order and came to the counter with it to hand it off to me. I would had rather did the handoff with the other young man because Iseral treated me so disrespectful out of my entire 5 years of doing deliveries. Uber eats has a screen to show the restaurant workers confirmation of the pick up in which I showed it to him he then wanted me to click every button til I got to the screen that gave me directions to the drop off location. I explained to him that the app gives a time limit and being the McDonalds was inside of Walmart I still needed to walk out to the parking lot to proceed in a timely manner. Iseral didn’t even take a calm clear head to hear me out and treated me as if I was some kind of thief like why would I try to steal a single happy meal that was obviously for a hungry child?!! I tried to grab the back to move on and get out of that hostile environment but then Iseral did this most absurd stunt I have by far seen. He held on the the bag tightly with both hands.

  I decided to stop here about 20mins after midnight and apparently the ice cream machine locks up after midnight that new to me . Just find it funny 😕

  Got a whole hair on my nugget and they just framed me for "putting on it" but I never did good thing I get a 4 peace back I was really mad
