Food was standard, but the absolute stinginess with condiments is ridiculous. I ordered a Big Mac bundle, two drinks, and a Hot 'n Spicy. When I asked for one of each sauce to go with everything, the worker told me they have a strict 3 sauce limit per order.
I bought a whole multi-item bundle and an extra sandwich, and I can't even get one single sauce per item? You normally get two sauces just for buying a box of nuggets. Penny pinching on cheap condiments for a large order completely ruins the customer experience. I’ll just go to a different fast food place next time.

24 hour restaurant with big orange cones in the drive-through at 4 AM where you can’t even get food manager told me they were setting up for breakfast and no service today. This place sucks the manager is a clown. He’s bad.
So I did an online order at this store for a meal containing a egg McMuffin hash brown and coffee for $4 special. I added on one hash brown. When I went to pick it up the Clark told me that I did not order a coffee with my deal. I continue to dispute it with her as she continued to help other customers. She was very busy taking out orders and helping customers at the counter for pickup orders and refills for coffee. She left me there for about 15 minutes as I continue to just get more and more irritated. Finally the manager came over after she told her for a second time that I had asked for a manager. The manager has such a stone face , I could tell this was not going to be a good interaction. Explain my situation told her that I ordered the meal with the coffee and one extra hash brown. She looked at the receipt and she said that's not what you paid for You only ordered a egg McMuffin and two hash browns and that my coffee was not included. I told her that I to pick ups here often and that we were arguing over a cup of coffee. She was not going to budge her stone face never changed. Her demeanor only changed to getting more upset and arguing with me. I explained to her that anyone in management is always taught that you treat the customer with respect and dignity and you resolve the situation. I again explain to her again you're arguing over a coffee that probably cost $0.25 to make rather than rectifying the situation she wanted to prove that she was right. I got irritated and told her that I've never had an experience with a manager telling the customer they were wrong and continue to dispute over a cup of coffee. I just gotten off being sick for a week and had not had coffee for 2 days so people that drink coffee know what kind of withdrawal you have. Yes was I upset of course. Yes did I really want my coffee of course. I think my total time was at least 25 minutes in this facility. She irritated me to the point where I just threw the food across the counter and told her she could keep it. I admit she had gotten the best of me and this was not the way to handle situation. However I can see how anybody could get upset with the manager that knew nothing about customer service and treating the customer the way that she did. I then called the corporate office that was listed on the wall. I reported it to a young lady who understood what I was going through and had sympathy for me. She said that if I talk to the store manager he would rectify the situation. She said she was going to put in a message to him to call me and that I should be receiving a phone call shortly. Fast forward 6 days later I never got a phone call from this restaurant. Today my partner went to go pick up takeout and got two chicken sandwiches and both of them were burnt. I wonder if this manager would refuse to replace them. It's more about the principal in her being retrained how to help customers. The bottom line is as a manager she should have possibly said something like maybe you ordered incorrectly or maybe something dropped off the site when I order something else and I did not get the deal let me rectify the situation let's give you this cup of coffee. I really wish that this district manager could see this and talk to both her and the store manager for not calling me back.

- recently visited McDonald's, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience. This location is convenient and easy to access, which makes it a go-to spot when I need something quick and affordable. The drive-thru moved at a decent pace, even during a busier time, and that’s always a big plus when you’re on the goR
The food was what you’d expect—consistent and satisfying. My order was fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and everything was put together correctly, which doesn’t always happen at every location. It’s nice to see attention to detail when it comes to making sure orders are accurate.
The staff was polite and handled things professionally. While it wasn’t overly friendly or anything above and beyond, they were respectful and got the job done efficiently. That said, a little more energy or friendliness could make the experience feel more welcoming.
The dining area was fairly clean, though I noticed a few tables that could have been wiped down quicker. It wasn’t anything major, but keeping the lobby consistently clean would definitely improve the overall impression.
Overall, this McDonald’s does a good job delivering what you expect—quick service, reliable food, and convenience. With just a bit more consistency in cleanliness and customer interaction, it could easily stand out as one of the better locations around.-

I have the mcdonalds app. And I place an order to have one item free of charge since I have the points. But when I tried using a code to gain more points in the same transaction for the other two items I planned to purchase. The employee in the drive thru pay window said he could not stack two promos on top of eachother. That is true but im only using one promo. He did listen to the fact that you use one promo and then accumulate more point for the other items you purchase. I've done this at multiple mcdonalds not sure why the concept doesn't sink in. Probably need to retrain your employees on the app cause your gonna lose business with incorrect info from them. I left instead of paying for the order.
