  The wait is horrible! If i could give no stars i would, The staff doesnt help, I accidentally dropped one of my kids ice cream cone on my way out to take it to him and I let staff know if I can replace it due to it being an accident and manager was completely careless they didnt care so I had no choice but to leave this was a horrible experience no customer satisfaction. Sadly I live around here but I hope to move so I dont have to come to this McDonald's ever again.

  I understand this is McDonald’s, but even by fast-food standards, this location is failing across the board. It’s clear there is a massive lack of management oversight. The Key Issues: • Severe Language Barrier: The most frustrating part of the visit was the inability to communicate. The employees taking orders did not speak or understand English. When our order was inevitably messed up, we couldn’t even address the issue because no one behind the counter could understand us. • Assumed Spanish Proficiency: Because this is a predominantly Spanish-speaking community, the staff seems to expect every customer to speak Spanish. When you don't, there is a palpable attitude from the employees, making the interaction even more unpleasant. • "Fast" Food is Non-Existent: The wait times are atrocious. It doesn't matter if the line is short; if you go through the drive-thru, they will ask you to pull into a parking spot every single time. It’s a systemic delay that defeats the entire purpose of the service. • Inaccurate Orders: Despite the long waits and "parking" for your food, the orders are still frequently incorrect. Final Verdict: As a paying customer, it is incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and misunderstood. Management needs to ensure there is at least one person available who can communicate with English-speaking customers and get the floor moving. Avoid this location if you’re in a hurry or expect your order to be right.

  Where do I start? This place is horrible when it comes to night service. I wouldn't even suggest going in the morning if you wanted McDonald's. I may not be a beggar, but I can say for certain, I wouldn't choose to eat at this place. We ordered a couple happy meals, a big mac, a cheese burger, our sauces, and a side of pickles. When we got to the window, where you get your food from, we asked if the pickles and mayo were in the bag. We were told they were, we looked again in the bag and found nothing. We ask a second time if they're in the bag, and recieved the same response. We ask for a side of mayo and pickles because THEYRE NOT IN EITHER OF THE TWO BAGS WE GOT. The lady finally says she'll get us the pickles and mayo, and goes about her day. We get the stuff, get home, and find we're missing the cheeseburger and sauces. Never received a sorry or anything at all. I have never written a bad review, but I'm glad this is my first one.

  My husband and I come to this spot often, during the week after midnight. We don't ever write reviews but we decided to do one because there is a this one employee named Ivan (which my husband asked for his name today , that's how we know), that delivers outstanding customer service. He's usually the one on that gives you the order, he's very kind and thoughtful. Always so nice and asks if we need anything else before we go. Ivan also always seems to not miss anything we ask for regarding sauces and such. We just really thought he should be recognized for his wonderful skills. If we we could talk to his boss we would tell him to give that guy a raise he deserves it! Thanks Ivan for your great customer service keep doing you!

  This location was a mess water bottles on the floor and trash all over. No one at the counter and they want you to use the machines but cant take cash so we have to still go the flippn counter. And no one is there or acknowledges you! 2 workers passed me as we are standing with recite from kiosk. When he brought out an order with us standing waiting to pay he completely ignored us and a younger female came from behind me and he asks her what he can help her with. While my kid was waiting for awhile right in front of his face! I didn't read the reviews that you guys ignore the counter ! How is this kiosk system gonna work for cash ! Young kids working there with no respect.
