  I decided to place a curbside order and waited for over 30 minutes. Upon talking to the manager they claimed they had no record of my order but the app shows they closed out my order. They offered no compensation or solution to the issue and assured me that they would bring my order to my car. However, when they arrived, my order was still missing food items and sauces. After reading recent reviews it seems like this is a recurring problem at this location.

  Horrible service. I ordered 2 happy meals 2 dirty dr peppers and a medium fries. I asked for ranch for the happy meals and extra ice on the Dr. Peppers AT THE ORDERING SCREEN. I repeated the order because I didn’t see her put ranch or extra ice in the order and she said she would fix it because her computer was lagging. At the window I pay and she doesn’t give my receipt she said I would get it at the second window. I go to the second window and she hands me the Dr Peppers with like 4 little ice cubes and I told her I asked for extra ice. She then goes to say she can’t re make it and that it didn’t say extra ice on the order. I ask for my receipt. She left and came back like 4 minutes later with a receipt and the rest of my order. I checked the order and was missing ranch. I wait until she comes back to the window and ask for ranch and a cup of ice since she said she could not re make it. She rolled her eyes and said she can’t do a cup of ice because they don’t have a lot of ice. She was making such a big deal over ice! All I wanted was extra ice and ranch that’s it and all I got was I can’t do this and I can’t do that and I’m sure she would have put it in the receipt if you told her. Essentially calling me a liar. Such rude employees. Doesn’t hurt to just be nice.

  You have to pay for sauces and then they don’t even give them to you

  They keep making my order wrong I asked for a plain cheeseburger and they added ketchup and pickles, onions and it’s getting annoying but their French fries and their smoothies are really good but I had wiped it off but I don’t want them to mess it up

  Ja'Lyn is the nicest person ever! I'm so happy that I was able to have him help me today. He is such a breath of fresh air and so very positive. :)
