  unprofessional. My partner and I placed a mobile order at 11:53 PM after double-checking that this location is supposed to be open until 2 AM as it was one of the only places open. We got to the drive-thru a few minutes later and sat at the speaker for 6 minutes with zero response.Thinking they were just short-staffed and busy we pulled up to the window. We sat there for another 5 minutes while the workers inside looked right at us. Finally an employee just made a dismissive hand gesture indicating they were done. We said we had a paid mobile order but no one came to the window to talk to us.We had to pull around to the front just to get someone to tell us they were "only doing DoorDash" and that we’d have to figure out how to get a refund for the food we already paid for.A complete waste of 20 minutes. If you're only doing delivery orders the least you can do is put a sign on the speaker or say something over the intercom instead of just ignoring people and making hand gestures. Right after giving us that explanation they let a couple in and handed them a bag of food after not allowing anyone else to come in or order

  This location, Saul, and Anai HATE Special Olympics. Its absolutely terrible what they did! I came in the day before to ask if they could sell me 70 McMuffins for the next day. They said yes, I filled out an order form, I even offered to pre-pay for the itesms. They said no need, that I could pay when I arrived to pick them up. We agreed to a 7AM pick-up time. Anai even said, I'll be here in the morning and have those ready for you. 7AM the next morning, I arrive, Anai is there and nothing is prepared. We have a torch run at 8AM for the athletes. Instead we run to the supermarket and grab some bananas, and oranges. I call back into the store and Saul answers, I ask him to make and deliver the sandwiches, he says no, and that we should find a McDonalds closer to our event. This was a very disappointing experience.

  Received wrong item that I ordered through app and picked up. Ordered SEC McGriddle and got McMuffin. The label is correct and the girl confirmed my order before handing to me but the sandwich was wrong when opened at home. Not the 1st time this happened.

  They say they are open until 2 but they are not this is completely unacceptable this is false advertising and were very rude and gave me pickles when I asked no pickles and I'm deadly allergic to them. Never eating here again.

  Made and online order said they closed at 2 was waiting there for about 10 min. They completely ignored us and I already paid and ordered online
