  Kenneth is an angle sent from heaven. Bye for the nicest employee. You should honestly get employee of the year. He was so nice and polite and made my day. I was having a bad day and he flipped it around.

  Kenneth is literally the best McDonalds staff member Ive ever met. He was kind and fast and went above and beyond!! He made our whole experience! McDonald’s is lucky to have him!!

  McDonald's delivered a surprisingly positive and well-managed airport experience despite the high volume of travelers and the fast-paced environment typical of a transportation hub. The restaurant was exceptionally busy during my visit; however, the staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency in maintaining a steady flow throughout the line while continuing to provide courteous and professional customer service. One of the highlights of the experience was meeting Kenneth, whose welcoming smile and approachable demeanor immediately stood out. Despite the demanding pace of the environment, he still found time to engage in genuine conversation. In particular, when I jokingly questioned why this location did not offer the Oreo McFlurry, Kenneth and the management team responded with kindness, professionalism, and patience while clearly explaining the reason. Their ability to remain personable in such a high-pressure setting reflected strong interpersonal communication skills and a commendable customer-service culture. To my surprise, the food was served at an appropriate and enjoyable temperature, which is noteworthy given the continuous influx of customers. Maintaining food quality and consistency during peak operational periods is often challenging, yet this location appeared to manage those demands effectively. Equally impressive was Libni’s professionalism during a difficult customer interaction that unfolded nearby. I observed an individual displaying very little patience, using what appeared to be inappropriate language, and angrily discarding items in frustration. Rather than responding emotionally or escalating the situation, Libni remained composed, continued moving the lines efficiently, and calmly asked the customer to remain patient. Her collective ability to demonstrate emotional regulation, professionalism, and operational focus under pressure was highly commendable. Overall, this McDonald’s location reflected effective teamwork, emotional intelligence, and strong leadership within a highly demanding airport environment. The experience served as an excellent example of how professionalism and courtesy can remain intact even amid high stress and heavy customer traffic.

  I get it, you're in an airport and it's super busy, however, I waited 21 minutes for some nuggets and a soda. When I finally had my number called, 3 minutes before my boarding (luckily at the gate right next to this location), the girl had to dig around in the pile of drinks that had been pre-poured and basically slammed it onto the counter for me with some pretty crappy attitude. Again, I get it, it's probably exhausting, but that's not my fault so leave your attitude at home. Additionally I'll point out that no, the nuggets were nowhere near hot enough to say "they just came out" and that's what took 21 whole minutes. They weren't cold but I'm not sure I'd believe you if you told me they were even under a heat lamp. They were maybe 5 degrees over room temp... The food is fine, it's McDonald's, it's very micromanaged quality, but make sure you give yourself a good 30 minutes for this "fast food".
