  The food was all wrong, they didn't do what the app said, and a chicken nugget had hair and dirt all over like it was dropped on the floor. Most disgusting thing ever.

  how is this location supposed to be 24 hours but every time you go early in the morning, they’re out of everything including fries now how is McDonald’s out of fries???

  what happened to beautiful mural painted on this McDonald's? now it's a dull generic beige. also the new GM did away with all the specials they used to have, no buy one get 1 for a dollar dbl cheeseburgers, hot & spicy, or mcgriddles anymore. they charge for EVERY single ranch, and they don't do the $6 Mcdouble bag anymore. Bummer. well Sonic has a $6 double smasher deal and Wendy's still has their $3.99 single and $5 $6 $7 bag deals.

  I’m honestly so frustrated with this McDonald’s delivery order. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, and when it arrived, it didn’t even have the sausage. just egg and cheese. That’s literally the main part of the sandwich. I paid for a full meal and got something completely wrong. On top of that, I called ahead to ask for hot sauce, and they said they would include it but of course, it wasn’t there either. It’s even worse because it was delivery, so I can’t just go back and fix it easily. This kind of mistake is basic and shouldn’t be happening. It feels like no one is paying attention to orders at all. Really disappointing and not worth the money. like come on mcdonalds get it together!!

  Drive past this location and go to a different McDonald’s if you value your time, or just choose a different restaurant altogether. Waited outside for 15 minutes for our order after ordering ahead as we watch people walk in, order and leave with their food while we wait so went in and asked for it. Made the mistake of not checking before we left just to get home and realize they didn’t even put the nuggets in a kids meal. You would think taking that long they would at least have the order right. It doesn’t help that since everything is order ahead or order on the terminal inside, the employees don’t even acknowledge customers anymore. If you need any type of assistance you have to hope to catch the attention of someone in the back or holler at someone to come to the counter to speak to you. 0/10. Do not recommend.
