  Ordered on the app. Went thru drive thru. Asked me to park around the corner. Even though I ordered on the app there still was a wait. They need help.

  Has to be the worst McDonald's in phx. Every single time I go my order is wrong or its missing items. I get that happens every now and then but every single time? Learned my lesson here, I highly recommend going to a different location if you dont want to wait 10 minutes to get your drive thru order and want your order to be correct.

  The workers have so much attitude and are horrible to interact with, they turned off the self service soda, God forbid you get your own drink or refill in the name of preventing 30¢ of theft if someone refills yesterday cup. McDonald greed is take it to shit. They get more awful by the day.

  There is a employee named Angelo, and every time I go, I see a smile on his face, and he treats my family like his family and always makes sure we're good to go. Sadly, one of his coworker's didn't like his hospitality and became frustrated. Please keep hiring people of Angelo's caliber please!

  On April 30 at night I went to this McDonald’s for 3 drinks. And there I am waiting 30 minutes for the drinks to come out tell me why one of the employees gave my drinks to his friends and telling them that one of the people of drive thru drove off and those drinks are free for them. I knew they were my drinks cause it had a ticket with the number on my receipt. And he kept giving free food to his friends meanwhile there was people waiting also for their food. Thankfully the manager came out and made my drinks.
