  Today is 5/13/26 I came for my lunch time between 11:40 and 12:00 to grab something to eat I asked for a chicken spicy deluxe meal I didn't receive any of my veggies just a plain chicken sandwich. Through the drive-thru they made me wait in a stall for almost 10 minutes and they still messed up my order I didn't see it until I got to work I called the manager and explain to them what happened they told me to come back and get my meal remade so after work I went over there and the manager working at 4:30 p.m failed to help me I told her they didn't give me a receipt either but it should be linked to my app and she completely was useless. I wasted my time and money coming back. This place and the staff they have is completely unprofessional..

  manager Annabelle is rude and I ordered four McGriddle sandwiches and she charged me for two syrups and tax on the syrups. they sell pancakes and you get syrup for free how come when you order a pancake sandwich you have to pay for your syrup please somebody explain the difference I did get one syrup free and two jelly packets oh and I just realized I was supposed to get 46 cents back in change from the syrup but I only got 40 cents

  Every time I come here there’s always a very long wait and they never get my order right. So annoying. Then inconvenience me and I have to go in and order stuff I ordered in the drive thru. I was gonna go to BK and I changed my mind cause McDonald’s was closer. I definitely should’ve went with my first mind cause I’m ALWAYS disappointed when I order from here. This my last time. I will not be going back smh

  NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! Every time I go here, they inevitably get something wrong. It doesn't even matter what time it is. This most recent time, I ordered on the app for pickup. Went through the drive through. They handed me my drink and then...nothing. "Are you waiting for something else?" I had to give them the order number 3 times, and argue with them about what I ordered! Not worth the hassle.

  No one greeted. Put order in. No one waiting. 20 min later asked manager Gracias about our order. it had been waiting and done and nobody called us. Why should they since that is not the priority at this location.. All they cared about was their drive thru customers. No apologies for ignoring our order. We could have have gone through drive thru 3+ times for how long it took. Can't believe they ignored us and was rude about it. Manager when we asked for the drink said another person was getting it. We tried to confirm the drink was diet but she was to busy talking on headset. We asked the manager again and she said she believe so and the other girl said something not audible. Omg! Hope my husband got diet being diabetic! When got home burger and fries were cold and gross. 35th and Peoria.... You need to learn customer service and learn to take ownership for your mistakes. An I am sorry would go a long way. Found a pie in the bag that was not part of the order. If that was an apology then make a verbal statement. Not that hard! I live around the corner and normally go to Whataburger. They provide way better service! Go take notes!
