  It's like it's a prerequisite to not be able to read to work here. I'll ask for something extra in the burger, they do the opposite and there's 0 amount of what I asked for. I ask for something to be removed from a burger and they absolutely destroy it with said item. Look I get it, not exactly an easy job to be working fast food and dealing with the general public and how people act, just frustrating that they don't eventually get it right.

  I used my app and it was easy to do. I ordered the $11 2 big Mac and 2 any size fries for my son and I. He tore it up 🤣 The order came out quickly. The fries could've been better.I can tell they was old. So I would recommend speaking up about that especially if it's late at night when you go. Overall I would rate my experience including the food a 8 only because the fries could've been better. Ask yourself would you eat these dry hard over heated fries?!

  There really rude and a lot of them are lazy I seen someone new working there an they made her do all the work an treat her horrible for a business that needs as much help as possible they treat there coworkers as if they want them to quit there’s no respect there I felt more bad for the people working there then the people that waited on there food

  This McDonald's has become the worst with everything now ever time i go something is wrong. Today I went to get my sons some dinner went through drive thru ordered the food paid got the drinks and was told to wait in the front and they will bring the food out. So, we were waiting patiently as everyone else was getting food way before us waited like 20 mins before our food was brought out i asked the guy like do you know what took so long this is ridiculous waiting this long and we didn't even order much the guy said oh yeah someone took your food so, they had to make it again I said are you serious and you didn't even check the receipt or anything you just walk up to the car and name off the order and give it to them. Of course people are going to take free food if you read it off to them they will say oh yeah that's my order 😡😡😡. This McDonald's is something else and they don't even care i won't be back.

  Today for whatever reason they seem to be having a meltdown and can't get the order straight. The guy at the window told me to go to spot three supposedly because they were heating up the eggs however I have been here 20 minutes and still not received my food. I suspect this is their way of showing on their screen that they completed the order instead of giving it to you right at the drive-thru as normal. Also they have a sign that gives you a phone number to call if you want to comment and the number is now disconnected on top of everything else. I finally went inside and when the manager finally came to help me, I told her about waiting 25 minutes and there was no apology or acknowledgement that for McDonald's that's a long wait time .
