  Stop it. Please actually just stop doing this. I got a large instead of a medium because I thought it would be more liquid, but you guys just stack it with 75% ice anyway. I don’t care if it’s company policy or not. The point of that policy is to deceptively give us as little product as you can get away with. “Regular ice” means a reasonable amount of ice. I’d hate to see what “extra ice” looks like. It’d probably be flowing out of the top

  Honestly Everytime I got no matter how big or small my order is theybalways have me pull in a spot to park, and it takes way longer than most McDonald’s for some reason.

  Pulled up to the drive through with my code ready. Gentleman started yelling at me because he "could not hear me", when I told him I'm speaking normally he heard me fine. Then he started yelling at me again when I said the code because he couldn't hear me again. He started accusing me of intentionally lowering my voice. Service here used to be good, then just ok, and now its gone downhill. I thought with the addition of their new manager, who is great by the way, things might turn around, but I will not be going here anymore to see any changes they might make. If you yelling at customers through the drive through speaker, I hate to think what you might do to their food. Not the first issue I have had there, but the first I felt should be addressed and the one that made me decide not to frequent this location anymore.

  Yikes… went to this location tonight (Sunday night), not busy by any means. Ordered ahead on the app and waited in the drive through for like 40 minutes. It was so bad the car ahead of me just left the line after ordering because the wait time was so long. Dude at the window was kind of a jerk and had big bare minimum vibes. I had to remind him about the drinks on my order too. No apologies for that or the wait and when I asked why they were so backed up he just said “what do you mean” so I’m guessing that’s typical service for them here? Then he proceeded to say they only had 5 people working… that is more than enough to run a slow night efficiently which tells me this location needs some new people and better training/higher standards. I know it’s just McDonalds and the expected serviced bar isn’t high by any means but this was really bad. Food was fine, the service was just trash.
