  Couldn't find my account with the code you're supposed to give so I lost out on my points. Contacted customer care and they were useless, deliberately misunderstanding the problem and closing my case due to lack of response despite my replying. Absolutely ridiculous

  HANDS DOWN THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. My experience is there are so consistently horrible that I blacklisted them months ago and then finally I softened up and decided to give them a shot again today and it was twice as bad as the last experience. I deal with McDonald's approximately three times a day 7 days a week sometimes more. Never in my life have I been to a McDonald's that just consistently has the most atrocious energy and vibe both between the employees and other employees and between the employees and customers. In this location's defense they are absolutely slammed all the time with delivery driver orders random homeless people asking for water or the bathroom they also get foot traffic and drive-thru traffic but it's no excuse for consistently dropping the ball and failing to communicate creating a 50/50 shot of your order being completely wrong and 30 minutes late. They need to hire an autistic kid to come in and turn the place into something with a 1000x more automation and fail-safes. I would be absolutely horrified to have my family's name associated with this business. Barely a stone's throw away on Peoria and 35th avenue is the polar opposite experience One of the best run McDonald's most consistently pleasant to deal with completely different atmosphere, and and they get things done fast and correctly. It's truly unbelievable how different the experiences between these two locations are whoever runs the one on Peoria and 35th should be giving lessons to the Thunderbird location.

  Received two burgers completely raw from this location this evening tried to call back to let the manager know he claimed they have had no orders with my food that evening I have photos of the food as well as my receipt if anyone would like to to get into contact with me
