  Came through the drive thru and spent almost 35 dollars for food for the family. Got all the way home and they didn’t put in the nuggets. Got all the sauce for the nuggets. They even charged me more for added sauces. I have been trying to call, but it keeps ringing. I went through the drive thru and they pulled me up to spot 1. After 15-20 minutes, I actually got out of my car and started walking to the store. This was unacceptable.

  Lady was rude you could tell she didn't like her job we went there to try the new drinks and the night crew was very unprofessional also ordered 2 McDoubles both with mayo and one without pickles got two sloppy burgers barley mayo and nothing else on it but some cheese bread was hard and meat was old might be time for an upgrade on the night crew

  The morning, afternoon and evening crews are great. But, the overnight crew do not like their jobs. I've tried to go there to get food multiple times and every time its a new excuse to why they can not serve me. From the fryers are down to our computer is down to we can only sell nuggets to we cut dinner off an hour early. Two days ago they tried to stall the guy in front of me and myself till breakfast was ok to go, so they would not have to work. This seems like they all need to be replaced with people that want to work.

  Is the franchise owner even paying attention to this one? No dine in orders in front of us and a 30 minute wait for food which we only received after flagging down the manager who had ignored us for about 10 minutes. Food was all at the pass ready to be bagged so was cold. A store not in decline but already in trouble.

  It is 2:10 am on a Wednesday morning. I have been waiting in the drive thru for over 50 mins. Just got to the order box to give my order and have now been sitting at a stand still for another 20 mins with 4 cars still ahead of me. This is ridiculous! I will NEVER use the drive thru at this location ever again, let alone come to this location ever again. Additional note: My order was simple. I ordered the Qtr Lb w/ Cheese meal Large, asking for the Qtr Lb be PLAIN because I don't like ketchup or pickles and am allergic to mustard. When I finally got home, I opened the bag only to find that nothing about my order was correct except for the large drink! The Qtr Lb was loaded with ketchup, mustard and a pickle. And I got a SMALL order of 'cold' fries!!! A total waste of $11.28 of my hard earned money. If I could give this drive thru ZERO stars, I would jump at the chance! WORST MacDonalds drive thru EVER!!!
