    Dear McDonald’s Customer Service, I am writing to complain about the poor customer service and food quality I recently experienced at your restaurant during the morning hours. Unfortunately, I have had multiple negative experiences involving both the drive-through and lobby service at this location. During one visit to the drive-through, my experience was extremely frustrating because I had to repeat my order three different times, and the crew member still did not get it correct. When I arrived at the payment window, I explained again that the order was wrong and needed to be corrected, but the employees seemed careless and did not make any effort to fix the mistake properly. The lack of attention, poor communication, and careless attitude made the entire experience unpleasant. On another visit while dining in the lobby, I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, and my order was not prepared correctly. I did not receive the syrup, butter, forks, or napkins that are supposed to come with the meal. What made the situation even worse was finding eggshells in my eggs, which is unacceptable and concerning from a food safety standpoint. This is not the first time I have experienced problems with the morning staff at this location. The employees often seem careless when taking orders and making sure customers receive everything they paid for. Customers should not have to repeat themselves multiple times or deal with missing items and poor food quality.I expect better quality control, customer service, and professionalism from McDonald’s. I hope management addresses these ongoing issues with the morning crew so future customers have a better experience.

    The brought me warm coffee. When I asked to bring fresh hot coffee, they brought me warm-cold coffee again. "It was hot when we brew it", they said. They were surprised when I asked to bring hot fresh coffee. Even a manager (apparently) in pink-grey shirt conversed with a door dasher (apparently) about this issue. She ("door dasher") proposed to heat it up in microwave for me (!). Finally I got a kind of coffee drink - I do not know it was microwaved or they just added hot water - it feels like diluted version.

    Don’t bother trying to use the app rewards here they do not honor it!!! Could clearly see I had a free drink, had 3 people tell me the app is a 3rd party and not actually associated with McDonalds. What’s the point of the app if they don’t honor the loyalty points?

    Don’t come at night!!! Lady’s are super rude. I think the supervisor or manager handed me my food bc they were wearing the blue shirts. They couldn’t even bother to wrap the burger in the wrapper. And being a manager/supervisor I’d think they’d have a little more quality control and eye to detail. But it was obvious by her demeanor she did not care. The burger was loose and fell apart in the bag. And they’ve be giving out plain burgers w nothing on them. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. It’s just been getting worse.. just avoid this one if you can.

    Genuinely the worst customer service in a mcdonalds ive ever experienced. I dont expect any level of good service from the workers but it spreads into the managers too, good luck if you have issues with your food. If you are in drive through and get asked to wait around the side, you WILL be there for 15 min and still get cold food like they forgot you were outside. The store is located in a, frankly, poverty area, yet will be one of the first stores to increase prices and remove long standing deals. Oh and if you order online, expect them to nearly throw the bag inside your car.
