The food was fine, the manager at this location is very unprofessional. I was eating with my parents when i seen him hold the door and not let a few kids in. He was denying entry when they didn’t do anything. They had money and they were trying to get food and leave. He literally didn’t let them in, refused food on them in this az weather. It made me feel so uncomfortable that i decided to leave not finishing my food. Very sad to have witness this. The manager was maybe asian or mexican but he was the one working at this time 3:44Pm at this location

Skip McDonald’s — Go Get a Real Breakfast I’m sitting here eating an absolutely AMAZING breakfast and honestly wondering why people are still lining up at McDonald’s. There’s a biscuits restaurant right here, and the difference is ridiculous. I just had a fresh, hot-from-the-oven biscuit with crispy Spam and a sunny-side-up egg. It was made exactly how I wanted it, tasted fantastic, and I was in and out quickly. And apparently, if something isn’t technically on the menu, they’ll still make it for you. Want ham? Bacon? Egg? Hash browns? Build your own biscuit sandwich. You can even call it in ahead of time, so you can actually get your food faster than sitting in a McDonald’s drive-through. My last McDonald’s experience really drove this home for me. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish, and it clearly wasn’t fresh. The cheese had started to get hard and develop that unpleasant skin on top. Yet it was still being served. That’s not what I expect when I’m paying for food. And then there’s the famous ice cream machine that seems to be “out of service” half the time. 😂 After enough experiences like that, you start wondering how much attention is really being paid to consistency and basic quality control. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here with a hot, fresh biscuit made to order, exactly the way I wanted it, and thinking: Why are we settling for this? I’m not pretending a biscuit with Spam, bacon, eggs or hash browns is health food. But when I look at the choices people are making for breakfast, it’s hard not to wonder why we’ve made heavily processed fast food the default when there are local businesses offering fresh, made-to-order alternatives. This isn’t about saying nobody should ever eat McDonald’s. It’s about having better choices and actually supporting the businesses that are trying to serve good food. So if you’re about to pull into McDonald’s, look around first. There may be a local breakfast spot right nearby that will make you something fresh, make it your way, and probably get you out the door faster. Frequent the good local businesses before we lose them. Because I’d much rather see a great local biscuit shop packed with customers than watch another good neighborhood restaurant disappear while everyone automatically lines up at McDonald’s. 🍳🥓. The McDonald’s prices are no longer a deal. You pay more than fine dining. Just dumb Cheese burgers should be .50

Nathan and the employees on 7/29 evening were top class. Excellent. However, the franchise practices themselves at this location are, well, beyond trash. Because of the very busy wait, I requested a refund. I observed an employee use their own card in the terminal without saying anything. I asked why (myself). He/she deflected, but it is clear the store has a policy of FORCING employees to pay for refunds. This is a terrible practice. Remove this immediately. I will return to ask if that policy has been removed. The solution is not to punish the employees or make it more strict or secret. The franchise owner should be ashamed. Thanks!
