I got 2 double cheese burgers, one was normal but the 2nd was SOAKING wet like someone dipped it in the sink OR there was a bunch of sanitizer on what ever prep counter this burger was made on. I work across the street but I go to the McDonald's on Tatum and bell. This one is BAD

The first time it was two burgers and the second time it was one burger. Both times it was the same order. 2 McDouble meals and 2 extra McDoubles. I guess it's my fault for going back but they're the closest place to my house. Also my fault that I relyed on my 14 year old son to check the bag the second time. Never going back

Things turned around instantly thanks to her! Shay was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so much better. She truly provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
