  Managers and everyone else took forever to give order in morning they only care about drive thru and then proceed to give you the order with attitude 5:20am oct,29.2026 waited like almost 15 min

  Usually this is a really good McDonald’s with fresh food. It tonight was not it. I did a mobile order which said it would be ready at 6:01 got my food at 6:40 because they gave it to someone else. When I finally got my food , it was ice cold with hard fries along with completely wrong order! Called the manager and of course nothing was done. Ordered 3 boo buckets and got the same color buckets when common sense I would think they would at least try and think of doing a different color but nope I got 3 of the same bucket!!!! Evening shift needs to get it to together!! Am shift is amazing!!!!

  I have never seen a more confused staff in my life. Until the GM came in, I waited half an hour for a steak, egg and cheese bagel. And how was the order wrong when I did it on the machine (because nobody mans the register. Ever)? Props to the GM, the only one that seems to know or care about what's happening in the dining room. And I never get a tray without asking, no liner. Just a bag like they want me to leave

  What's to tell, I hate using their app and I hate their kiosks even more. It never works and I lose the points. Are they ever going to serve food that looks anything like the pictures?
