  This place needs to get it together!!! Good food but bad management and kitchen crew They need to get better cooks, food takes forever and twice they have given us the wrong dishes. And last time we waited forever and never got our food, so we walked out and they said they were going to refund me and they didn’t do it. We were so excited for this place since we live across the street.

  ⭐️ Waited 30 minutes for our food after being told it would take about 18 minutes. What made it even more frustrating was finding out that our server had given our order to someone else, which caused the delay. On top of that, the customer who ordered after us got their food before we did, while we were still waiting. I understand that mistakes happen and restaurants can get busy, but if there’s going to be a 30+ minute wait, just tell me upfront so I can decide whether I want to wait. My time matters too. Bruh. 😑 Just be honest about the wait time so people don’t waste their time.

  The food was amazing , I went a little later around 8 a the staff was supper sweet and kind ! They attended me and my friend and they were supper helpful when it came to choosing my food ! Once we received the food it was hot , delicious, and just so fresh . Everyone around one me also seemed to be enjoying their food !! I really appreciate the fact that the threw away my plates even when it’s not necessary and for the generous amount of love I felt from that place I will definitely be going back ! And I can’t forget to thank the staff Gianna, Alma and naomi they were amazing !!!

  Our family had a terrible first experience at Luna Grill in Avondale. We had young children with us and needed help navigating the menu, but the employee taking our order seemed visibly inconvenienced whenever we asked questions to ensure we understood what we were ordering. We waited approximately 25 minutes before receiving one plate. The next two arrived another 3–4 minutes later, and our final meal took an additional five minutes. Other tables were experiencing similarly excessive waits, including one family that requested a refund and left. When our food finally arrived, two orders were incorrect and missing sauces or sides we had paid for. One order included such a tiny portion of fries that they were practically nonexistent. Worse, the food was cold and the meat was tough. Near the end of our meal, an employee apologized and said they had “nobody in the back of house,” even though we could visibly see several employees in the kitchen attempting to prepare orders. Another customer was also complaining about a catering order that was running behind. After we expressed our frustration, we were offered a single cookie. What we expected to be a fairly quick family dinner took more than an hour and cost over $60. The portions were small for the price, the orders were incorrect, and the food was cold and poorly prepared. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this location.

  I had a wonderful experience at Luna Grill Mediterranean Kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. A special thank you to Alondra and Gianna for providing such excellent and friendly service. They were attentive, welcoming, and made our experience even more enjoyable. I also want to thank the management team for maintaining such a clean restaurant and for making sure the service was fast and efficient. Great food, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. I definitely recommend Luna Grill and will be coming back!
