The food was hot and fresh, in-fact a worker was transporting sandwiches from the back area to the heated shelf while I eyed the selections. I spent $11 dollars on a meal and the portions were perfect, the soda was great, and the tenders were flavorful. I can see the potential for the food to be sub-par if you go in during the down time, but I went in around lunch time and the food was stocked and ready to be eaten. It reminded me of Lawsons in Japan, where you can get fried chicken at a gas station, I never expected to get that type of quality here in Phoenix. Keep on doing it K.K.C. Update: Went back and things were completely different. Food was luke warm, and the staff was some young dude with an attitude. A complete disappointment, I guess this place is hit or miss.
