  My family loves to get chicken from here! It’s always fresh and flavorful. The honey biscuits are delicious as well. Highly recommended 10/10. My kids also get a good laugh reading the different chicken signs, they are hilarious.

  Very disappointing. Immediately upon walking in the door there was a foul smell, almost like maybe the grease trap was overdue for a cleaning? I ordered a four piece, the young lady said “what sides? We are out of Jambalya, red beans and rice and Mac n cheese.” I ordered coleslaw and French fries. I quite literally then waited (24) minutes for my order to come out. Sometimes you have to wait for fresh fried chicken I suppose but (24) minutes was not what I bargained for. I asked if they remembered my fries and coleslaw as I did not see them go in the bag and the young lady replied “they are in the bag.” I went home and was excited to eat my fresh chicken…No Fries 😂 The chicken and biscuit were both very good.

  I was really excited to try this place with my family. Everything looked and smelled amazing, and I assumed the Krunch Boxes were worth the $14 price tag because I expected the chicken to be great. Each box comes with a delicious biscuit and a side. My two sons got the mac and cheese, while my wife and I shared a box with mashed potatoes and gravy. First, the positives: my son absolutely loved the Oreo ice cream sandwich, and the chicken sandwich was excellent. The biscuit was also really good, and the mashed potatoes with gravy were delicious. I had asked for pickles on my chicken sandwich, but they were accidentally left off the order. I noticed after paying and didn't mention it since I figured I'd just add some at home. Once we got home, put on some *Steven Universe*, and started eating, things changed. My kids usually love chicken tenders, but neither of them liked these. My wife and I felt the same way. The breading was crispy and flavorful, but the chicken itself was very rubbery, and there was too much moisture or oil released with each bite. The texture just wasn't enjoyable. The mac and cheese was also disappointing. It tasted very basic and lacked the rich, cheesy flavor we were expecting. I think this place has a lot of potential, but they really need to improve the chicken tenders. At $14 per Krunch Box, I'd expect much better quality. Our total for three Krunch Boxes, one Oreo ice cream sandwich, and one chicken sandwich came to nearly $60. I'm glad my wife and I decided to share a meal. Unfortunately, because of the high prices and the fact that no one in my family finished their chicken tenders, we won't be returning. I genuinely hope they can improve the tenders because everything else showed a lot of promise.
