  We were heading to camp navajo and stopped in. We got 2 sandwiches. We got the beach club and the hunters club. We might as well have eaten air. Actually air would have had more flavor. It literally had no flavor whatsoever. My receipt was thicker than the meat and cheese. Part of the sandwich was just bread. Even the bread was bad. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent $22 and we are both still hungry even after choking down the horrible flavorless meatless bread. We will never eat at Jimmy John's again and we will be sure to spread that to the rest of the soldiers at camp navajo.

  Service is usually ok, but today was unacceptable. Online order pickup and two sets of customers came in and got their orders after they received the order. One set of customers finished eating and left before I received my order. There were 4-5 employees working the sandwich line and counter. If you want a sandwich and don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes for a cold sandwich, then this is the place for you.

  We have ordered here many times and never have we received our sandwich cut into half. I’m not sure the point of having that as a menu option since they never do it. Other than that the food is good but the teens working here sometimes are not professional but that’s to be expected.

  Went inside and ordered a wrap only Lettuce tomato and turkey they asked if I wanted mayo I said no (im allergic) They them made me bag my own order which I found odd staff was unprofessional even for being younger. Get home about 20 minutes and my wrap is covered in sloppy mayo not even eatable. Waste of money.
