  Walked in Sat Apr 25 5:21pm. Walked out at 5:22 as no one was there or even showed up behind the counter. I walked out. Never going back.

  Tim was the only guy working and he rocked it talking with guests and ringing up food them making the sandwichs

  Beware! They put mayo on almost every sandwich here. You have to check between the buns. My friend loves this place for some reason. They do offer "free smells" though. Take it from me, you don't want to smell what I'm smellin! 😩

  REALLY REALLY POOR SERVICE!!! I've eaten at Jimmy John's several times and they are usually lightning quick. When I called to say I needed to cancel the order because 30 minutes they said "Sorry we are really busy right now." Then the guy on the phone said oh sorry I can't I can't cancel the order let me get the manager Alex. The manager gets on the phone and says ok so you want to cancel the order? Ok I'll do that for you. And then hung up. No I apologize for the service, nothing! Now I have no time to eat before I go into school all night and have not had a chance to eat all day (my fault not theirs) But geeze the customer service here SUCKS, and yes no sprouts at this location. BIG THUMBS DOWN! Just go to Jersey Mike at Norterra if you live in this area. You are better off.
