  I ordered two sandwiches that have exactly two ingredients, turkey and cheese. Considering the cheese costs an extra $1.30 a sandwich, I had hoped they would actually put it in the sandwich. Instead I got two turkey sandwiches without their only other ingredient.

  Girls working there tonight weren’t the worst I’ve seen but they have no manners and forgot my sandwich and served three people before me while my partner ate .

  I recently have decided to eat at jimmy johns again because its been a while. Anyways i went twice in a row between 1PM and 1:30PM when i usually take my lunch. Anyways some young Hispanic girl in the window with terrible lashes has no customer service and rude. She answersd the drive through as if i was bothering her. She didnt even hand me a bag. Like happened twice in a row. I called the store to tell them about my experience the manager was firm with me like “ I WILL TELL HER.” Didnt even get a name but will be calling corporate on that location its ridiculous like NO one was in line i literally ordered a Little John if you Have no patience in the fast food industry please dont take these jobs simple. I ordered one item ridiculous
