- ALArianna LuebkeAug 13, 20261.0Hello Jimmy John’s! Our family has loved getting subs from your business for years! Hearing something like this might be confusing why I’m leaving a one star review. We are currently sitting in the restaurant right now, 8/13/26 at 3:30pm, and our service is slow. NOW, there is nothing wrong with that. There IS a huge problem with scheduling only one worker to handle a busy afternoon rush. The man working is handling the register, making all of the subs, and being friendly to customers all at once! My review is not to shame the quality of your food, it’s to advocate for your employee. There should be at least two employees here right now to relieve this poor man of the stress you have put on him. Having worked in food service myself, it is so stressful to take care of multiple in-store and online orders at once while thinking about impatient/waiting customers. While we could tell he was beginning to get stressed seeing a line build at the register, he handled the rush like a champ and our subs are great! He is doing a fantastic job, and deserves a raise!!! Please do something about this. Thanks.

When I got the food and drinks back to the office the order was wrong. (insert sad face) Our office is extremely busy and this one little moment throughout the day where we stop for 10 minutes and eat is really important for us. All we asked for is no onions and no mayo - we got mayo and onions. Of course we scrapped the mayo off and tossed the onions but c'mon! It's a ham and cheese sandwich. Needless to say we won't be ordering from here again. Thumbs down to a disgusting lunch.
