After my first post I received a message from someone at this non caring company that they were checking into what happened to me . That was well over a week ago . Further proving that this company doesn't care for there customers at all Just all of our money. Does anybody know a GOOD SUB SHOP. that's non discriminating

I ordered a beef and cheddar roast beef sandwich with the horsey sauce. This guy drenched it in sauce. I couldn't taste anything else. I brought it to him after one bite and said this isn't right. I can't taste anything else but the sauce. His reply was hesitant and responded with such a waste. I wanted to respond make it right and it wouldn't be but I didn't. He sighed and gave me a nasty attitude and said I guess I'll remake then and you can throw that sandwich away. The girl there was feeling bad for me and was so sweet and polite but he was very rude and made the entire experience regrettable. I had started with a 5 star for this location and brought it down to a 3. Because the food was edible and the girl really was trying to be nice and he was having a bad day. I should have put it lower but for the sake of that girl's job I gave it a 3. I was thinking of buying the bread but after his attitude I won't be buying from jimmy John's for quite awhile.
