This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The cashier, Emily, was extremely rude and condescending from the moment I approached the counter. I was unfamiliar with the menu and when I hesitated for a second, she spoke to me in a way that implied I was unintelligent. When I asked for help, she was dismissive and offered no real guidance.
I was also the only Hispanic customer in the building at the time, and I watched her treat non-Hispanic customers with noticeably more patience, respect, and basic courtesy—the complete opposite of how she treated me. It made me feel singled out and discriminated against.
To make things worse, she handed me my order without bagging anything, even though I had multiple sandwiches and drinks to carry. I had to walk out struggling with everything in my hands.
Overall, the experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I hope management addresses this behavior, because no customer should be treated this way.
