  1 slice of meat across the whole sub, not even sure what the onions are. Other sub was missing all the extra add ons I put. Embarrasing service, no mustard put on this one

  [Update: They have tried to contact me a couple weeks after this event saying sorry and briefly asking how to make this right. Nothing a voucher or coupon is gonna fix sorry but there is nothing to do but take real accountability and let them deal with the consequences to their actions. Ignoring things like this is why people are getting more and more comfortable being rude and unprofessional with people in any customer service field. Don't know what reaching out to me could do knowing they aren't truly concerned with the situation but more so the reputation. No.] YUCK! I would give a 1 star review but 2 stars are harder to get removed. Horrible service overall per usual and even worse customer service. Not sure why it's so difficult to get orders done on time and correct but they never take the time to read I guess. Sat outside for a curbside order for more than 15 minutes and still ended up having to GO INSIDE myself to get the order. The bag has just the sandwich of course and zero napkins or sauces that were specifically requested ON the paper which you can see if you open your eyes. Then I was handed another person's order to take outside with me on my way out ?? BEFORE my sauces and napkins were given to me after having to ask for them twice. Trifling. I guess because I was already headed that way and there was only 2 guys working they thought that was okay and professional for me to do their job as delivery person. Very laughable establishment and a bad look on Jimmy John's for even allowing people of such stature to work for them. Time to hire some competent workers who care a little more about their job than bare minimum sitting up behind a counter with your buddy laughing and kekeing it up smelling like mary jane while you have customers waiting. Embarrassing!

  I asked for kickin ranch in my sandwich on a pickup order. When I got there, I noticed a side of kickin ranch in the bag. I asked if the sandwiches had kickin ranch and if this was just an extra side or what? She said the side of kickin ranch was an accident. Took it and assured me there’s kickin ranch in the sandwich. When I got home and started eating, there’s no kickin ranch in my sandwich. That’s the whole reason I eat here. The kickin ranch is my favorite. Very disappointed with this location!
