  The food is great, but the lady working the register has a bad attitude. She does not smile, is rude to customers, and makes faces at people. It seems like she just does not care. I have been here twice, and both times it was the same experience. This will be my last time.

  The food here is good, which makes this even more frustrating to write. The service has always been an issue, but today was completely unacceptable. I have been going to this place since before they changed ownership and the service seems to be getting worse, which I didn’t think was possible. I called in an order ahead of time, and my wife still had to wait close to an hour to pick it up. When she asked about it, the woman behind the counter was rude and dismissive instead of helpful. There was no sense of urgency or accountability. I understand that Jamaican restaurants can sometimes run a bit slower, and I’ve been willing to overlook that in the past, but this is on another level. At some point, consistently poor service and disrespectful treatment outweigh even great food. After multiple bad experiences, this place has lost my business.

  Food was delicious however hostess wore very short shorts showing all of her butt which was very offensive and I and my entourage will not eat there ever again, but instead will only order pickup

  It was really good! We got the jerk chicken with rice. Regular, which was just right on the spice for me. Flavor was yum & I liked the rice too. The jerk sauce was good & a little different than most we have had. Slightly sweet &more of a gravy than BBQ sauce. We liked it. Was a little disappointed in the amount of chicken for a half chicken but was still filling with rice & side. The festival side was good. Loved how crispy the outside was. Our dog would not stop begging from the time we put it on the coffee table. Don't think he has ever begged so much!
