Wonderful dining experience at FLINT! We went 100% with shareables, tapas-style, but mind that the shareables were quite large — and we ended up over ordering…
Had the spicy short rib hummus (but the artichoke one may have been easily just as good if not more) and the feta cheese spread, followed by massive lamb meatballs, a huge head of baked and spiced cauliflower, and a filet kabob, accompanied by very good beer!
As soon as we’ll be back, we plan to return and try even more things!

I am not one to share a negative experience, but last night was truly THAT disappointing… made a reservation online for outdoors at 7:30, and when we arrived we were told it would be a few moments and were suggested to grab a drink at the bar. 25 minutes after our reservation time, we were still at the bar waiting. Trying to flag someone down for assistance was rough since there either wasn’t a designated hostess, or they were simply nowhere to be found. After no apology for forgetting about us at the bar, we were shown a table inside. When I mentioned our reservation was for outside (it was an overcast and beautiful evening), we were told their outdoor area was closed. We really should have left. Another 20 minutes went by at our table before we even got water… long story long- the food was also extremely disappointing. We didn’t realize all of the meat we ordered would be smoke flavored as the menu did not suggest that. The service was so insanely slow, after 2 hours for dinner, we boxed the desserts to go because we wanted OUT of the restaurant. The prefix menu came with dessert and the donuts were so dry they were inedible… not sure if we were on an off night, but the experience was so abysmal we won’t return. My bill for one was $125 between two cocktails, prefix menu- for that price, I would rather go literally anywhere else. And I say this with peace and love because I truly NEVER leave negative reviews. I hope you guys can pull it together.

Flint by Baltaire is hands down one of the best Mediterranean restaurants we've been to! Everything we ordered was absolutely satisfying. The lamb chops were incredibly juicy and perfectly cooked, the grilled salmon was fresh and flavorful, and the pita with hummus was the perfect way to start the meal.
As always, the espresso martini was our favorite—smooth, perfectly balanced, and a must-try. The other drinks were great too and complemented the food really well.
The quality and quantity of the food are both impressive, and the taste is truly next level. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. We had such a wonderful dining experience and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

So, we very rarely give fives. Our water was great at his job. We were a little warm because we were in their closed patio area but they did everything they could to make it comfortable. We got the feta appetizer which was great. I got the special guinea fowl and my husband got the steak. We got a side of broccolini and carrots. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The bean puree under my guinea fowl was excellent, as was all the sauces. We wished that we had more room so we could have tried more things and dessert. We will certainly be back.
