  We recently hosted a graduation celebration at Flint, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our event coordinator, Kam, did an outstanding job ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The evening stayed perfectly on schedule, which was especially important for our group. A special thank you as well to our servers, JP and Eric,who were exceptional. They were attentive without being intrusive, knew the menu thoroughly, and made excellent recommendations that our guests truly appreciated. The food, ambiance, and overall service were all top-notch. Our guests were consistently impressed throughout the evening, and everything came together seamlessly. We’re very grateful to the Flint team for helping make this such a memorable celebration.

  We've looked for a place to have late lunch. This was the only mediterranean around. They were short staffed, may be bcoz of the time of the day. Orzo pasta salad - 11/10 I haven't had such a yummy pasta salad till date. The flavours were balancing. Perfect side. I would've had it as an entre if provided. Pitta - soft (i felt it was almost like a pizza base) Hummus was great, whipped cream cheese dish with crispy pitta was okayish. Desert was heavy. Remember - desert needs to be shared.

  This place was very crowded and upstairs was very hot (outdoor temp was 107). Being with our sons, we felt neglected. The prices were high, and I despise everything being over seasoned. My wife and I aren't soda drinkers, so we asked for water. We were both shocked to receive water without ice. Who drinks warm water when it's 107 degrees?? But worst of all, the service provided was terrible. The need to request something and needing to wait to be acknowledged, as well as to receive is disrespectful. It was about 20 minutes after being seated to place an order for a simple appetizer, then another 35 minutes to order our dinner, then another 35 minutes of time to get our dinner. Yes 90 minutes. After receiving the food they NEVER came by asking if we needed anything else. Yes, just like the feeling you get at a fast food restaurant that isn't fast. Regardless, we'll definitely Never return.

  Came by on a Saturday to the rooftop bar. Our bartender, Eddie was attentive and made some great cocktails for my girlfriend and I. Will definitely be back soon!

  No notes! I wish I hadn’t waited so long to try FLINT, but now I can’t wait to go back. I dined here for a birthday dinner with a girlfriend last month. Since it was our first time, we wanted to try a variety of things. Our server was awesome, you could tell she knew the menu really well. She affirmed our choices of table fries (ofc), lamb meatballs, artichoke hummus, and the sausage and fennel pizza (not pictured). Everything was delicious!! You can taste the quality in each dish we got, including the fires! It was served with their in-house tahini ranch, which changed my life. Even the mocktails our server recommended were really good, unlike a lot of other sugary mocktails you get at other restaurants. FLINT is in the Eaplanade in Biltmore, right next to other “after work” spots, so it attracts a lot of people nearby meeting up for happy hour or work dinners. Definitely a lively spot, but not so loud that I couldn’t hear my friend when chatting. I would highly recommend FLINT for any occasion, even if you just want a solo date. Their bar and patio look amazing!
