At the counter, a girl took our order but didn’t confirm the details. As a result, we received empty burgers—just the bun and patty, with no sauces or fillings. When I returned to the counter to ask for a correction, I was told I could get the ingredients separately to assemble it myself. They brought the fillings, but it was extremely awkward—we had no guidance on how to spread or assemble the burger. I am very disappointed with this establishment and the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, we will not return and cannot recommend this place.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
