  Today I stopped at Five Guys on Camelback and 16th Street. Known for its fresh, never-frozen beef, hand-cut boardwalk-style fries cooked in peanut oil, and complimentary peanuts, other items include all-beef hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, BLTs, and hand-spun milkshakes. I went with the Classic Double Cheeseburger and made it a combo with fries and a drink at $18.21 after tax. They have a little burger version for $13.99. The burger was delicious and very juicy. The fries are really good. My only complaint was the bun didn't hold up very well, and a $12.00 burger should come in a box, not wrapped in tin foil. The chain has expanded to over 1,900 locations worldwide and overall, it's a very good burger but a little pricey. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and I am glad I finally got to try them.

  Store was clean but honestly yall need to get it together. The “customer service” in this store is LACKING! Put in an order on the five guys app, had 4 delivery drivers steal my food, no communication from the store. Then after the 4th driver stealing my food (as confirmed by Kristy the gm) I had to leave work to pick up my order which was the whole reason for ordering delivery in the first place. I communicated with Kristy prior to picking up the order. When I went into the store to pick up the order I didn’t receive an I’m sorry, no refund, honestly no communication just a “we are finishing up the fries.” I called the store to ask for a refund because after waiting 2 hrs for my order I believe it should be refunded. When the manager (male) picked up they seemed defensive and like I was crazy for asking for a refund then I’m put on hold and another person picks up and says “hello” no how can I help you or what was the issue, so then I had to explain the situation AGAIN. And the lady on the phone at that time says “your order was refunded because it was canceled.” Again no I’m sorry, etc etc. your staff need customer service training ASAP.

  Great burgers. No seasoning so add a pinch of salt for flavoring. But go for the fries. Hard to stop eating.

  If you like an untoasted bun that a juicy burger, and grilled mushrooms and onions gets put on and turns it to MUSH! You’ll love this place. Fries were great, shake runny and tasteless. Glad Shake Shack and Smashburger are around. I won’t return 👎

  Manager of the store n the employees there have no knowledge of anything with disgusting attitudes and I have done catering and most places also open for the ppl who pick up catering orders from them but they did not care n left the ppl outside kept staring at them n didn’t even bother like most places that let them in. This place is crap all the way around service , Professionalism , and Food.
