  Cute cafe love the indoor outsdoor seating options. Matcha is amazing :) the breakfast bagel was too hard to chew which sucks because it’s $9.50 and I ended up throwing away half of it and still hungry. Matcha makes up for it

  The coffee and food were good and the staff was nice. Just be aware that they are super busy and it takes a long time to get your order. Seating is also very limited because of how full it is.

  LCame in Friday at 9 AM and it was extremely packed inside, so we decided to sit outside. The cashier gave good recommendations, but unfortunately the food was mediocre. The coffee was vnot strong and overly sweet for my liking. What really ruined the experience was the service. Not one employee smiled, and the attitude we received was honestly disgusting. Every time I asked a lady unloading boxes in the front a question, she was extremely rude and dismissive. For a $51 bill plus an $8 tip, I expected basic respect and customer service. Sadly, we received the complete opposite. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  Went here on my birthday because i wanted to celebrate with fair trade. Staff was extremely rude. I tried to order a breakfast burrito plain, when it was made incorrectly I went to speak with staff and was met with rude facial expressions and attitude. Staff telling me “you need to order it better next time, next time just say you want it plain.” First of all i did order it plain, clearly this place cannot take accountability. I went back to my seat and literally cried because of how I was treated and it ruined my special day. WILL NOT RETURN.

  Fair Trade Cafe is one of my favorite downtown Phoenix coffee spots with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet up, get some work done, or hang out for a while. Their drinks are consistently good, and I love the local community feel the café has. Seating inside is average and can fill up quickly, but they do have outdoor seating options which is a nice bonus. It can also get very packed during busy hours, and the line to order can be pretty long. Overall, a great local spot with solid coffee and a fun energy.
