While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Phoenix,AZ, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- FMFabian MoralesSep 18, 20265.0Ufff muy delicioso
- OOOscar OlguinSep 14, 20262.0I ordered the breast and wing combo . They gave me no tortillas and the food was crap. No flavor or meat in the chicken. For the $15.00 I spent I should have gone to subway instead. I like pollo but I am not loco to eat from this place again.
- EPEmilio perezSep 8, 20264.0I love El Pollo Loco, but the place was not very clean; I had to clean my table, I was bothered by a fly, and I noticed that the portions have been reduced slightly.
- RORaymond O.Aug 21, 20261.0ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES… this place has roaches in there food do not order. Ordered a salad and found a roach in the food disgusting
- JGJackie GarciaAug 15, 20261.0First time eating at this location and the last. I noticed as soon as I got my order that my rice was going to be hard and I was right. It was either way over cooked or super old rice. I ordered a chipotle chicken quesadilla and there was a tiny droplet of chipotle sauce and barely any cheese and the chicken was undercooked. Whoever is back there cooking must not like their job. Simple food made horribly!
