We went an hour before close and they said they were out of burritos because the grill was cleaned. Now we went again and they told us they were out of chicken. If you go anywhere within 1.5 hour of closing, dont expect anything.

I am a frequent goer to this location, at least once a week I pick up food for myself and my coworker. We enjoy the food, the closeness and for the most part the quickness. Today my coworker had placed and online order and I went to pick it up, seeing that the drive through was full I went inside to pick up the order only to find out it had already been given away. I had heard the male worker say it could’ve been a mistake because they had two pick up orders that started with “M”. They told me they were remaking it and I was given a complimentary drink from the gentleman which I appreciated, I understand mistakes happen so I wasn’t really worried about waiting for the food, like I said we like this location. But when the food was ready i felt like i was being painted as a theft by the women helping me, stating that oh well someone stole the food and gave your name and that they need confirmation, I didn’t mind giving that to them but I wasn’t the one who placed the order, my name was just on the order because i was going the be the one picking it up, since i didn’t have the email on my person i gladly showed her my id (I don’t have a common name at all) but she still continued on that the person that came in gave them my name. It was frustrating cause she was making it seem like i orchestrated some plot to steal an extra burrito and bowl. I ended up getting my order but it was upsetting how I was being treated for their mistake.
