- JSJennifer StroudAug 15, 20261.0To start … went inside to dine in and the AC wasn’t working ! The male cashier on Saturday August 15th at 3:00pm had a personality like a ROCK!! He wears glasses and is tall and skinny! Didn’t catch his name. The lights were on and nobody was home! I had to repeat myself because he wasn’t paying attention and then he would ask me the same question back that I repeated several times. I asked for my receipt and he said the printer isn’t working and then stared at me offering no resolution. He was not paying attention and that’s why he didn’t hear anything I said when ordering. He was looking all around , behind him and out of the windows instead of taking my order ….. I seriously felt like I was on a hidden camera tv show. The cook was on his phone with no gloves and we all should know how nasty the screen is on our cell phones and then he’s preparing your meal without gloves! WE WONT BE RETURNING to this location!!! I’m writing this review to inform you of this behavior, incase you didn’t know…. So you can fix it !!!! I’m assuming you’re in the business of making money and you are going to lose money because of this type of service! We love El Pollo Loco and would frequently come in but not to this location.
