  This was the second time I have been to this store where I've placed my order and have been forgotten. I chalked the first time as a fluke but twice is my limit. There are plenty of bagel choices in this area so I won't be going back here.

  We bought the last muffin and they gave it away to someone else. They forgot 2 of the items we ordered completely. This was frustrating but what sent me over the top was how rude the manger was about correcting the issues.

  I have been getting my bagel & coffee almost every day at Einsteins on 48th St & Ray Road since it opened in the late 90's. I have seen all the managers and crews over the years and have appreciated their good prep and work. The present manager Katie and the workers Ethan, Neisha (sp?), the baker Jamie and others all know my special order and never burn my double toast. Since the Covid lockdown many of the Mom & Pop places have shut down in Ahwatukee. While Einsteins is now owned by JAB Holdings, the people who work there have kept it going like a community gathering place where I feel welcome and see many of my neighbors. I give this high rating because I am grateful for their hard work and service
