  The customer service here is amazing! Whenever I go in I’m always greeted and they are super welcoming. When taking my order, Daisy was very polite and answered all the questions I had about what comes in the bagel and what substitutions I could make. I would definitely recommend!

  Great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels thanks to the manager Daisy. She was friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly even during a busy rush. Customer service like that does not go unnoticed!

  I ordered a breakfast sandwich through the app this morning, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When I got home and opened it, the sandwich wasn’t even cut all the way through, the tomatoes were green and hard, and instead of the veggie cream cheese I ordered on a green chile bagel, it had a sweet cream cheese on it—which really didn’t work for a savory sandwich. On top of that, the sandwich was cold even though we picked it up quickly, and it was so messy I had to try eating it with a fork. It ended up being completely inedible, which is frustrating given the price. What made the situation worse was not being able to reach anyone by phone. I had to go back to the store in person, which was difficult since I was hypoglycemic at the time. To their credit, they did refund me and apologized, which I appreciate. I usually have good experiences at this location, so this was especially disappointing. I hope they can improve consistency and quality control moving forward.

  I was slut over falling out my car of exhaustion and could hardly function they were attentitive and guided me back into my vehicle , they came out to check on me me several times and made sure I was breathing and didn't fall out of my car friendly faces smiles I think a little frieghtened but they still made sure I was okay and ensured me it was okay to take time to rest there before driving again. I was there for over 3 hours sleeping and hung around for some business I was there for my company for about another hour after I woke up.
