    I want to first relay some information which will provide clarity for later. I had gone to a Starbucks location will remain nameless. I have gone there for many years. Today which is my birthday the manager was dismissive, cold and didnt accept my ID for my birthday and I had to download the app. After many attempts trying to get in we left. I had given my business time and memories there. Dutch Bros was next we arrived. We were warmly greeted by patrons and staff. Alexis was professional, fast and knew the menu like the back of her hand. She gave us recommendations and provided us with the drinks we were craving. As we waited for what seemed to be a short time not long at all Alexis said our drinks were ready. I saw my drink and was stunned. In a good way. Alexis had personalized my drink. Someone who didnt know me made my birthday. Thanks Dutch Bros and Alexis!

    My husband and I come here almost every day or every other day, but the wait times are consistently long. It usually takes 15–20 minutes for two drinks, and 30 minutes or more if there’s a line. Today, I had exactly 20 minutes before picking up my son, and it took the full 20 minutes to make two drinks. I’ve also noticed employees spending time chatting while customers are waiting. The drinks are great, but the service could definitely be more efficient.

    I love every Dutch Bros I go to, but every employee I've come in contact with has been very friendly and I've never had a bad drink. Always delicious!
