    The drive thru at this Dutch Bros consistently takes 30 minutes or more, even with only a few cars in line. Employees spend way too long chatting while taking orders, and the line barely moves. I appreciate friendly service, but there needs to be a balance between conversation and keeping things moving. A quick stop for a drink shouldn’t take half an hour every time.

    I love Dutch Brothers unfortunately everytime I order from this one the coffee isn't made right. It has been a on going issue. I hope they retrain the employees to make it the same as the other shops.

    Unfortunately this Dutch Bros isn’t ran the way West Bell Road is ran. West Bell Road has phenomenal service, they work quickly and always deliver quality drinks. I usually get a Myst Energy from Dutch Bros and for some reason this location doesn’t seem to know how to make them. It really sucks I’ve come 3 times to order Myst Energy everytime and each time it doesn’t taste like they put any flavoring syrup in them. I love Kick in Da Face which I’ve gotten from West Bell Road many times and it always tastes incredible with the 4 flavors it includes. When I got it from East Bell Road today and the other two times I’ve gone, they either aren’t putting the correct amount of scoops of syrup or they aren’t putting any syrup at all. It seems like the crew here doesn’t know how to look at the flavors included in “Secret Menu” drinks. I’m so sad because I used my 325 points for a free large drink and it was completely flavorless. 😭 I ordered an Aqua Berry Myst and I was given an Autumn Berry instead. I know it can sound similar but I did repeat Aqua Berry 3 times while ordering. Then since I was given the wrong drink, I had to wait another 10 minutes. I really can’t depend on this location to give me correctly made drinks which is sad because I wanted to support all my local Dutch Bros. Definitely avoid this place if you like ordering secret menu flavors or Myst Energy. It will more than likely not be correctly made and you’ll waste your money and points :(
