The employee who took my order was really rude, just curt and unfriendly. After a long wait, we got our drinks, but the cups were dirty and sticky. On top of that, my Rebel drink tasted like flat soda—it was completely off. This is a huge disappointment, and I hope they improve, because I expect better from Dutch Bros

I regularly go to the Paradise Valley location, McDowell & Scottsdale, and Pima & the 101—those teams are incredible. Unfortunately, my experience at the 12th St & Glendale location has been the opposite. I recently relocated to care for a family member, and one of the hardest parts was leaving behind my usual Dutch Bros. During a medical recovery, in addition to my coffee orders, I added water with a splash of lemon to complement my regimen. Every other location has handled this kindly. At this location, I’ve been not only “educated” about what’s supposedly appropriate at Dutch Bros, but also accused of asking for something free—when I’ve never asked them for anything free. For context, when I ask for the water, I already have about a $15 drink order—2 to 3 coffees on average. I’m not pulling up asking for free water. I’m a daily customer—sometimes twice a day—spending around $900 a month, over $10,000 a year. I’ve even spent over $2,000 on gift cards for my church community. I’m not asking for anything excessive—just a simple water with a splash of lemon alongside my purchase. Every other location handles this with ease. To make it worse, I’ve noticed tips added without clear consent. After being spoken to in a dismissive way, I left with two of the worst drinks I’ve ever had. This location is disconnected from the Dutch Bros mission. It’s disappointing given how amazing other locations are. This is a truly atrocious way to treat a loyal customer, and it reflects poorly on them. I’d strongly recommend driving to another Dutch Bros. The difference is night and day.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
