    Drinks are exactly what you'd expect from dutch bros. Waiting 7 mins in the drive through on a mobile order specifically because the drive through attendants want to stop and chat with each car for 4 mins is ridiculous. I am all for human contact and connection, but we use the drive through because we got places to be not to waste time.

    Ordered the wrong drinks and they were so accommodating in helping get my drink fixed. Nicole and Scarlett have amazing customer service and are so sweet!

    I have came to this location several times and ordered a sweater weather chai and never had any issues . It always tasted the same and came with the soft top and chai powder on the top . TODAY 9/11 I come and I order the same thing and the person who took my order didn’t know what I was talking about so she asked someone else and they said oh that’s the white chocolate drink (no one has EVER had an issue locating the drink I had asked for prior) . I got the drink and it didn’t come with no soft top nor chai powder at the top . I told the girl that it was missing and she said it doesn’t come with it . I HAVE ALWAYS HAD THAT COME ON MY DRINK EVER SINCE THIS FLAVOR CAME OUT . So I let the drink touch my lips to get a taste as she watched me , I said yeah this is different . I told her I don’t want it and she says sorry we cannot accept it back once you have drunk it . I didn’t even drink it . Mind you she had an attitude on her face the entire time . Which is a first for me because they are always friendly but she didn’t give off that vibe of a friendly person at all . I paid for a drink that wasn’t the drink I wanted all because the order taker and the guy didn’t know what they were talking about .

    Desappointed with the qualitiy of my americano it tasted off. Probably the milk in it was the cause. The response from the management was for me to contact the corporate office to discuss the lousy medium size americano I got ??. My personal culture is telling me to get my traditional coffee from some urban coffee shop where I will have access to a conversation person to person with a sensible human being with moral authority to apologize for the inconvenience and to replace my americano for an excellent fresh one born from the heart.

    Ordered a large rebel for my birthday drink, Waited a good minute to receive it and once I got it and drove off by the time i was almost home I noticed a big gash in my cup and it was spilling everywhere all over me and my car, the barista was manhandling the drink while making it so I am not surprised.
