  This drive thru coffee spot was a nice find on the go. They have speciality coffees, smoothies and milkshakes. They were quick and friendly. Definitely looking forward to trying again when on the go.

  I’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros location for a long time, and it used to be a great example of fast, friendly service. The team kept the drive-through moving efficiently, often taking orders ahead of time and even bringing drinks out early. It made a huge difference, especially with how small and tight the parking lot is. Unfortunately, that experience has completely changed. The drive-through is now consistently slow, with large gaps between cars and no effort to keep things moving. The order-ahead option also doesn’t seem to provide any benefit—it takes the same amount of time as ordering in line, which defeats the purpose. On my most recent visit, I tried the walk-up window thinking it would be quicker. I stood there for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. When I finally got someone’s attention and mentioned I had an order ahead, I was told it was “down,” and no one followed up or asked for my order. I was essentially ignored. This location used to stand out for its customer service, but that’s no longer the case. I hope management takes a closer look and brings back the level of service that made this place great.

From the moment you pull up, you’re not treated like a customer—you’re treated like family. The team here doesn’t just take your order; they know you. They remember your name, they check in on your life, and they genuinely care about what’s going on beyond the window. That kind of connection is rare, and it’s something they consistently deliver every single visit. What stands out most is how intentional they are about putting people first. It’s not forced, it’s not scripted—it’s real. You can feel that every employee, from management to the newest team member, is fully invested in creating an experience that makes you feel seen, valued, and important. They go out of their way—every time—to make your day better. Whether it’s a conversation, a smile, or just the energy they bring, it leaves a lasting impact. In a world where most places are just trying to get you in and out, this team takes the time to make every interaction meaningful. This is, without question, one of the most extraordinary locations I’ve ever experienced. Every single Dutch Bros location should look to this team as the gold standard for what the brand represents. If you want to understand what Dutch Bros is truly about, this is the place.
