Also the employees tip themselves the highest about possible without giving the consumer the option to choose. Instead they just say thank you after taking the payment method and walk away.

My issue with this DB location is if it’s after idk maybe 11am the line is absolutely ridiculous. I frequent DB and no other location is as slow on service through the drive through. Honestly, Chandler would run circles around this location. Please train the staff to use their tools for line orders to keep the speed of orders going otherwise i will go somewhere they can keep a reasonable time on the line. For reference, Im writing this in still the back of the line after 10 minutes

Today was the last day that I’ll ever patronize Dutch Bros coffee. The national chain around the corner from this location is much, much kinder and friendlier.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
