  Ordered two drinks and the quality was poor. The 911 iced and picture perfect freeze tasted like straight coffee no flavor and the freeze was straight liquid.

  Service over all great. The last 2 times I’ve been to Dutch on 32nd street and Indian school, me and a couple additional other people end up getting cut off because the line was all the way out passing the cones that that divide it into 2. They don’t even get their order until they are at the window which is not fair to us that actually wait in line. On 07/01 I was pulling up and the girl along with another girl who was also taking orders from the truck ahead of me walked away. She did see me coming because she even looked back at me. Didn’t come back to take any of our orders and the line got long quick. They came back about 15 minutes later. I think watching out for who was where first and taking orders accordingly are a must. Some signs would also help. This can prevent chaos.

  I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the experience continues to be disappointing. The drive-thru is consistently slow, and it’s become almost normal to see customers park after leaving the line and walk back up to the window because their drinks were made incorrectly. Unfortunately, I’ve had to do the same several times myself. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally, but when it happens this often, it points to a larger issue. It feels like there’s a lack of leadership and organization at this location, and it shows in the performance of the staff. Better training, communication, and quality control would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this location has the potential to be much better.

  We honestly never have problems at this location. Yes they are always slow as heck and some of these kids are just trying to get a paycheck. Aside from everything life consists of, we never have issues here with our orders. Today my lady and I go and order some drinks and 2/3 drinks were wrong We had 2 green teas with strawberry and pomegranate. They gave me a lemonade as a mixed and I was all whatever about it maybe it’s an accident. Then I get back to the car and my lady says to try her green tea and it’s worse than the lemonade I got. Hers had black stuff in it and tasted NOTHING like the drink we get. The guy at the walk in window was really cool and handled the first walk up professionally. My lady didn’t want me to walk in a second time she was fed up as well. It’s super hot out here. There’s always like 10+ people working there. I truly don’t understand why they’re so slow sometimes or they just seem like they don’t know what to do. If you don’t want a job, apply for unemployment.

  Literally tried emailing them no response so now I’m gonna go ahead and post the review it seems like I’m not the only person that seems like they’re super slow here and there should be no excuse for how long the wait was on Saturday night. Hi. I’m just writing because I’ve been in line 13 minutes and no cars have moved. The walk up line has cleared 9 orders. What’s wrong with this location. I want a refund or I’ll dispute it with my bank. Not only is gas expensive but there should be no reason that the drive is not moving to were we can just turn our cars off and sit. I pulled up at 9:50 it’s 10:05 and one car has moved. If we go in the day the drive will move faster then the walk up is everyone on drugs here because the lack of since of Urgancy is ridiculous!!! I would think having the corporate office in Tempe you should have secret shoppers randomly check on locations. My time is More valuable than sitting here. In N Out moves faster and they actually have to work. There’s move then 7 associates inside!! It’s NOW 10:09 and two cars have moved! There’s still 10 in front of me! If I could reverse I would but there no way out. The time I got my drink was 10:20 not okay to wait 30 minutes.Keep in mind I pulled in at 9:50 had to repeat my order 4 times and all it was was a medium carmalizer extra hot add whip cream and the associate kept saying kicker. Talk about active listening! I’m so upset!
