  I have had multiple failures with the order ahead feature at this location. I love the products, but the service absolutely sucks. Today, I ordered a beverage that was supposed to be ready in 10 mins. I actually waited 20 mins to make sure that it would be ready. But when I showed up, they hadn't even started on the drink. I got the standard script of "looks like we are still working on your order (lie), we will call it out when it is ready." Mind you, it is 5:50 am, there is no one else on the patio waiting, and there are 2 cars in the drive thru. I didn't have time to wait for something that I had ordered 20+ mins prior so I asked them to cancel the order (they hadn't even started). I am still waiting on a refund for the same shenanigans in March. It will take forever to get a resolution so don't order ahead unless you have time to wait at the store. 😂

  Rude, and waited over 10 minutes for an online order after the app said it was ready.

  I stop to order a coffee not many cars but they took too long to get to the window I ordered a small coffee but not enough coffee inside the cup cause more than half of the cup is filled with ice...

  Tuesday April 21st @8am. The lady at the window was wearing a black shirt, Glasses & jeans (If I remember correctly.) I Pre ordered a blended rebel. MIND YOU, online you are not able to make a drink customizable to be EXTRA THICK. I go to dutch every single day, I always get the same blended drink & ask at the window to make it extra thick . I have ordered this drink at different locations & it’s NEVER been an issue. I get to the window & this lady tells me they are not able to make it extra thick if i’ve ordered through the app. but like I mentioned before I always get this drink made a certain way & it’s NEVER been an issue. Dutch Bros culture is known for “ it’s high energy “love first philosophy” and how positive and good their customer service is, and that is not what that represented today. It was not that serious and it wasn’t something difficult to ask for, I would really highly consider having someone at the front pick up window that has better customer service and is more approachable at the end of the day I payed for that drink I should get it made how I want.

  This a very busy, popular spot. Plan on waiting to order and to pickup, even if you call it in. At least shade and seating is provided. In spite of the crowd, staff worked hard at staying upbeat. Points for that! Still, it's worth the wait.
