    Love Dutch Bros, but something is not working at this location. Placed a Mobile order ahead and had to wait an extra 15 minutes with no explanation. A whole bunch of us were waiting for drinks. The line situation is not efficient and the workers were running into each other a lot in the work station. Seems like workflow stations need to be looked at to increase efficiency or mobile ahead time estimates need to be adjusted to be more accurate.

    Out of all the Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to in the country, this one is consistently the slowest and always has long lines.

    If you think you have time to grab some Dutch on you way to somewhere you don’t, go to Starbucks down the street. They are so so so slow 30 min wait time. And the they want to chat you up for a 5 mins at the window,

    I’ve been coming to this location since opening day, and never really ran into much of a problem aside from how busy this particular area gets. But even so, the staff usually gets everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Fast forward to the last two days, wow. Complete dumpster fire. The drive-thru lines are insane, the lobby is packed. What’s more frustrating, is having your mobile order (along with 6 other customers also trying to pick up their mobiles) pushed out 20-40+ minutes. Every walk in came in and left with their drinks while the order aheads were still waiting. It’s inexcusable, I understand jobs can be hectic, but there needs to seriously be a better structure put in place here. Mobile orders are usually used by those who have their schedule for the day mapped out, have somewhere to be, so you’d figure this way would be most efficient. Nope. I love Dutch Bros, every other location I frequent is great. They’re ran very well. I don’t understand what’s going on with this one, but hopefully it gets figured out.
