Come on they know perfectly well that on days when they’re giving things away, they need to be fully staffed. On top of that, when you finally get to the window, the guy is in a bad mood, acting as if it were my fault he doesn't like his job. What a disappointment, Dutch Bros.

Also found brown hair in my smoothie! I’m a red head! I’ve had a better and more friendly interaction with the Starbucks up the road inside of fry’s. Do better Dutch Bros. And don’t bother responding with that generic bs response every poor review has.

He listened, showed genuine concern, and turned the situation around completely! That kind of leadership and compassion really stands out these days. My dog and I now feel welcomed and can enjoy our trips to Dutch bros with anticipation haha. Thank you Josh for setting the example and being a wonderful human!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
